Luke 5 Guide

Luke 5 Guide, we provide more than just a boat and a rod. We offer a high-caliber outdoor experience built on technical skill and intentionality. Whether you are a solo angler looking to land a trophy bass or a donor looking to invest in the next generation, here is how we get on the water:

We offer professional, high-end guiding services in the Central Florida backcountry. Our trips are designed for those who want a technical, focused fishing experience without the fluff. We specialize in bass on the Fly and conventinal rod and reel, utilizing a , specialized 16ft boat to get into the spots others can’t reach.

• Half-Day & Full-Day Trips: Flexible options to fit your schedule.
• Fully Outfitted: We provide all the gear—top-tier rods, reels, and flies. You just bring your license and a desire to fish.
• Expert Instruction: Every trip includes technical coaching to improve your casting, boat positioning, and local water literacy.

We believe that some of the best life lessons are learned on the deck of a boat. Hooks for Hope is our dedicated mentorship initiative for teenage boys. We take them out for a full day of fishing and one-on-one mentorship, teaching them the discipline of the sport and the importance of character.

• The Send-Off: At the end of the trip, every young man is sent home with his own fishing pole and a Bible to encourage him to keep pursuing both his craft and his faith.
• This program is entirely donor-supported.

Leadership can be isolating. Leaders on the Water is a specialized program designed for pastors, church staff, and ministry leaders who need a "day of reflection on the water." It offers a day of quiet reflection, professional guiding, and a much-needed break from the demands of ministry.

• Reflect & Recharge: No agendas, no meetings...just a day to reconnect with the Creator in the quiet of the Florida backcountry.
• This program is entirely donor-supported.

While our standard guided trips operate on a traditional booking basis, our mentorship and leadership programs are made possible by the generosity of donors. Your support allows us to get gear into the hands of young men and provide a sanctuary for leaders who serve our community.

LUKE 5:1-11

Iv always been a fisherman and love guiding, I was focused solely on the technical pursuit of the catch and the craft of the outdoors. I loved the water and the skill it required, but something was missing from the boat.

That changed when I was saved. I realized that the time spent in the backcountry...the quiet of the morning, the discipline of the cast, and the grit required to navigate the wild...wasn't just about the fish. It was about the Creator. I saw a profound need for a space where men and teenage boys could step away from the noise of the world and find that same connection.

I realized I didn't need to stop being a guide; I needed to guide with a greater purpose.

Luke 5 Guide was born out of the desire to bridge the gap between technical mastery and spiritual growth. We took the high-end, professional guiding experience I had always provided and infused it with an atmosphere of faith and intentionality.

We started this ministry to provide a place where men can be men, where mentorship is hands-on, and where the "deep water" is both a place to fish and a way to live. What began as a solo guiding business has grown into a mission to equip the next generation through Hooks for Hope and to refresh today's leaders through Leaders on the Water.

We’re still guides. We’re still technical. We’re still dedicated to the hunt. But now, we’re fishing for something much bigger. LUKE 5:1-11
